It boasted more than a billion viewers across the globe. Nichols covered NBA shows on TNT, including the regular season, playoffs and all-star broadcasts. She also reported for TBS reporting on golf and baseball broadcasts and Final Four broadcasts on CBS. This was the second time in the company's 42 years that women were selected from more than 200 nominations.
